The first numbered beta. The version was 0.9.0 before; it was renumbered because the app is not feature-complete yet. Download 0.1.0

• Everyfile is now a regular Mac app with its own menu bar while a window is open.

• Choose what to index: a first-start chooser (personal folders by default), folders per drive, an offer when a new drive is plugged in, hiding drives, configurable file-type categories and an include-only file-type mode.

• Hidden files and everything inside hidden folders are hidden by default.

• Rename in place (F2) and move to the Trash (⌘⌫). Everyfile never deletes for good and never touches drives or system, user and application folders.

• Rebuilt search window: flat result list with fitted columns, drive column, term highlighting, type badges, localized dates and sizes, light and dark appearance.

• Eight languages (English, German, Spanish, Italian, French, Portuguese (Brazil), Dutch, Japanese), switchable without a restart. Machine-translated, under review.

• Pro features: audio columns and filters, duplicate finder, unplugged drives stay searchable. Pro is not on sale yet.

• Known gaps: ad-hoc signed, not notarized (macOS asks you to confirm the first launch); no automatic updates yet.
